Megan Alysse Finley, an Indianapolis native and current Las Vegas resident, brings with her 15 years of choreography, teaching & adjudicating experience.  Her extensive knowledge of both Cecchetti & Vaganova ballet techniques, classical voice, tap, jazz, contemporary and modern have given her a wide range of life experiences.  After choosing to expand her education at Ball State University with degrees in Musical Theatre Performance & Dance, Megan held several lead roles and dance captain positions throughout the US with productions including Sweet Charity, Anything Goes & Working. 

Megan is known throughout the country for her uncanny ability to produce unique works of choreography for the national competition and convention circuits.  Her original concepts have produced high level results at venues throughout the world including New York City and London.  Her teaching philosophy allows her students to feel free to express themselves through the art of dance.  Many of those students have gone on to pursue dance or musical theatre careers at multiple top University and Conservatory based programs.  They have also transitioned into the professional dance world and performed internationally with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Stiletto Entertainment and regional equity theaters throughout the country.

Megan continues her career as an award winning choreographer in the dance industry, all while traveling throughout the country as a master class teacher.  It is this same love and passion for the performing arts which lead to the creation of Captivation Dance Affiliates.
